Repair becomes a replacement? You pay for it once

If a repair we make turns into a full replacement within 12 months, we credit the entire repair cost toward the new install. No proration, no partial credit.

Annual whole-house plumbing inspection

We walk every fixture, supply line, drain, and shutoff in the house and give you a written rundown of what's solid, what's aging, and what to budget for.

Annual water heater flush

Sediment is what kills water heaters early. We drain and flush yours once a year to protect the tank and keep your hot water coming.

10% off repairs

Applies to every repair we perform at your home for the length of your membership.

10% off replacements

Water heaters, fixtures, and full system replacements. The same 10% comes off the install price.

$20 dispatch fee & priority service

Members pay a flat $20 to get a plumber to the door, and go to the front of the schedule.

The details

Plain terms, in writing

Membership runs 12 months from the date you enroll.
Covers one single-family residence at the address on file.
Discounts apply to Precision-performed work; they don't stack with other promotions.
Repair-to-replacement credit applies to the same system, within 12 months of the repair.
Inspection and flush are scheduled during normal business hours.
Priority service means scheduling preference, not a guaranteed arrival time.
